How does pricing work?+
Our project packages and digital product prices are published openly on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees. Custom work is quoted after a free discovery call, in writing, with a fixed scope and timeline — no surprise invoices.
How do I pay, and is it secure?+
Payments are made online through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Your card and bank details go directly to the gateway — we never see or store them on our servers.
How long does a project take?+
A starter site takes 7–10 working days, a full business site 3–4 weeks, and an e-commerce build 5–7 weeks. Digital products are delivered instantly on payment.
What is your refund policy?+
Project work can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of payment if work has not started, and pro-rata after that. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, since the file cannot be returned. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation page.
Do you work with clients outside our city?+
Yes. We work remotely with clients across India and internationally, over calls, email and WhatsApp.
